1- Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Saudi Arabia and GCC. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate when placing your order.

2- Shipping Fees

• Domestic Shipping (Saudi Arabia): FREE

• GCC Shipping: Rates vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

3- Delivery Times

• Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery within 2-7 business days.

• GCC Orders: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

4- Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Made-to-order or Semi-Couture items may take up to 3 business weeks to be processed, depending on the complexity of the work.

5- Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

6- Customs and Duties (Orders Saudi Arabia Saudi Arabia)

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s customs regulations before placing an order.
