Designer's first fashion show

Designer Sarah Fuad chose to showcase her very first clothing line at Re-Dress fashion show in 2018 in Seattle.
Re-Dress is the 20th annual fashion show produced by students of The Art Institute of Seattle. Featuring the work of fashion design students. Re-Dress showcased the most prevalent trends of 2018; the goal is to empower women to continue to push political, cultural, and social issues with equality, strength, and the courage to be themselves. Every aspect of the production—from lighting and set design to marketing and promotion, guest services, public relations and the runway collections—have been created from concept to execution by students of the college.
Since 1995, AIS has hosted the largest student-run fashion show in the Pacific Northwest. The event provides students from all degree programs the opportunity to implement and present their skills and creativity and build lasting and collaborative relationships. Students practice and develop valuable competencies, such as project management, leadership, and long-term planning and organization, through executing a quality, staged event.
